How to Request Deletion
Because our current system does not support automatic self-deletion within the app, you must submit a manual request via email. We will process your request and permanently delete your account information.
Step 1: Compose an email to golfgooderllc@gmail.com. Step 2: Use the Subject Line: "Request to Delete Account". Step 3: In the body of the email, please include:
The email address associated with your account.
Your unique Username (if applicable).
A brief statement confirming you want your account and data permanently removed.
What Happens Next?
Upon receiving your request, our support team will verify your identity to ensure the safety of your account. Once verified, we will initiate the deletion process. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Please allow up to 30 days for the deletion process to be finalized.
Data Deletion & Retention Policy
In compliance with Google Play Data Safety standards, here is how we handle your data during this process:
1. Data that will be DELETED: The following data will be permanently removed from our active servers:
Account Information: Your username, email address, and profile details.
User-Generated Content: All recorded golf rounds, scores, statistics, handicap data, and photos uploaded to the platform.
Social Data: Friend lists, chats, photos, and shared posts.
2. Data that may be RETAINED: We may retain certain data for a limited period solely for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes, such as:
Transaction Records: If you have made purchases (e.g., Pro subscriptions), we may keep transaction receipts for tax and accounting purposes for a period of 7 years.
Security Logs: Anonymized logs used to maintain system security.
